Bokashi Bran is another Michigan, family-owned and operated business out of Northwest Michigan that prides themselves in using the highest quality inputs and inoculants to produce, what we feel is the best Bokashi on the market.
We love Michigan and we are proud to carry a product that not only brings amazing benefits, but supports another small-business and family in our community.
Bokashi is made by adding effective micro-organisms, lactic acid bacteria and yeasts to wheat bran. The bran is allowed to ferment for several weeks and then dried.

Applications and Directions for Use
Bokashi has several different uses including:
Soil Building - Add Bokashi to any soil mix to give your biology a jump start.
1/3 cup (1 oz) of Bokashi per cubic foot of soil
Top Dressing - Using Bokashi as a top dress helps to accelerate mycellium which helps breakdown organic matter from the top.
1/4 cup topped evenly per square foot of soil, or 2-3 tablespoons sprinkled around each plant.
Transplanting - 2-3 tablespoons of Bokashi sprinkled in the root zone
Composting - Top your compost bucket with a tablespoon of Bokashi to reduce odors and accelerate breakdown of organic matter

We recommend storing all dry amendments and nutrients in a dry, cool location away from direct sun.

All orders ship out Monday or Tuesday ONLY.
Returns and Replacement
Returns and Replacement
All dry amendments and nutrients are returnable within 14 business days, as long as the container is unopened and packaging is in the same condition as sent.
If your package is damaged during shipment, please document and send us pictures and notice to mark@mibeneficials.com and we will make it right!
