Bylas Ant Springtails (Pseudosinella violenta)
Bylas Ant Springtails (Pseudosinella violenta)
The Bylas Ant Springtails is one of the more versatile bioactive clean-up crew members as they can thrive in a wide range of terrestrial and dry enclosures.
Their behavior is a hybrid between a fast moving ant and a jumping springtail which is where they get their association to ants.
They ship in a 2oz container on calcium-bearing clay that can be used as an interim culture, but they will thrive in a larger container.
We are currently working on the art and stickers, so these do not currently include any.
Ideal Conditions:
65-75 degrees Fahrenheit
Moist clay, soil substrate or a mixture of both.
